CHECKING IN REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE

Hey - You're Arriving! That Makes Us Happy!

We're a friendly, informal and approachable bunch of people but even affable types like us are obliged to follow legal requirements and check the identity of each guest staying with us. So at check in time we will need to see a form of ID from you. Please bring the relevant documents with you. These are:

  • A valid State Issued Identification (I.D.) Card, State Driver’s Licence, or a valid Passport.
  • Our check in time is 14:00-22:00. Please note that if you are not in the hotel by 22:00 – we will assume that this is a no-show and we do not have late check-in opportunity.
  • A valid credit card or a refundable cash deposit against any damages etc is required.
  • When paying with a credit card online (non-refundable booking), please be sure to bring the credit card along to the check-in. If it is not available at the check-in, hotel will have either to refuse your booking or require payment alternative, i.e. cash o another credit card. Please make sure that the name and surname on the credit card match those in the passport/ID. If this is not the case, due to regulations, we are unable to accept the card.

CHECKING-OUT PROCEDURE

Ah - You're Leaving! That Makes Us Sad - We Hope You'll Come Back Soon!

  • We understand that you may need a bit more of a snooze on your last day with us as you're off on your travels again so unlike a lot of hotels that can't wait to kick you out at ten sharp and come and hint with a loud vacuum cleaner right outside your door at quarter to, we've set our check-out time at 5:00am - 11:00am. We'd love you to enjoy an unhurried breakfast and a final late morning coffee in our lounge before you leave us - so 11 am seemed right to us to give our guests that extra bit of time.
  • Checking Out Later than 11 am? We understand that this does happen but we do have to charge a Late Check Out fee as it makes it difficult for us to get our rooms ready in time for new guests. If you do find you have to stay over the 11 am limit then you will be charged for another full nightly rate. There are no discounts available in these cases.
  • Please note that reception opening hours are 8:00 – 22:00, so if you are checking out between 5:00 and 8:00 please leave the keys in the key-box provided by the reception.
  • Need To Stay An Additional Night? Sometimes circumstances may leave you wanting to spend an extra night and naturally, we'll always try to accommodate this requirement but it is subject to room availability and our full nightly rate will be charged.

RECEPTION OPENNING TIMES

  • Please note that reception-opening hours are 8:00 – 22:00. Please leave your keys in the key-box provided by the reception if you leave earlier than 8:00.
